Partners

Silky Oaks would like to pay tribute to the many individuals and organisations who assist us by donating time, money, goods and services to enable us to reach our goal of children and families reaching their full potential.

Successful Grants

Gambling Community Benefit Fund

We had reason to celebrate when we got advice from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund that our application for a grant to purchase database software and a new terminal server had been successful! Thank you GCBF for your support for this major project. We have been able to centralize all our information in one easily accessible database which will certainly assist in enhancing the services we provide to the community.

Lord Mayor's Community Trust

We were grateful to receive a grant from the Lord Mayor's Community Trust to create an outdoor living area at Alex Cottage. The timing of this grant coincided with the opening of the newly refubished Alexander Cottage.

Redland City Council

We were successful in receiving a grant from the Redland City Council to insulate the roof in the Opp Shop Shed.

We are very thankful to the Redland City Council for their assistance in furthering the work of Silky Oaks.
